The Ikaros Publishing Company was founded in 1943. It is the exclusive publisher of the two Greek Nobel laureates in Literature, George Seferis and Odysseus Elytis. During the first years Ikaros mainly specialized in Greek poetry. Our catalogue includes the works of great poets, writers and thinkers, like C.P.Cavafy, Angelos Sikelianos, Nikos Karouzos, Nikos Eggonopoulos, Kiki Dimoula, and others. We have also published graphic novels, like “Logicomix”, and a successful children’s book series. We have also presented numerous foreign modern literature writers.
